presents potential characteristics for developing mass movements

work has the aim of characterize urban occupation increase. Based
upon an Environmental Zoning of Petr{\'o}polis EPA the existing
evironmental impacts processes and their main physical and
anthropic causes and factors were pointed out. The methodology
used allows the production of reliable data that can be used by
local authorities for future decisions and urban planning.",
